Marsha Gonzaga joined the School of Sustainability’s student services team in August 2016 as the Career Management Associate. She is responsible for advising sustainability students towards their career interests and to build university partnerships with employers. Prior to joining the School of Sustainability she was an Employer Relations and Career Consultant for the W. P. Carey’s School of Business Career Center. She counseled business students to pursue their desired career, consulted employers to promote student recruitment and managed the administration of the W. P. Carey School of Business’ WPC 301 course, which is the nation’s largest undergraduate course on professional development. Marsha studied both Psychology and Sociology to receive her undergraduate degree from the University of Oklahoma. She later completed her Master of Counseling degree at Arizona State University. Her prior higher education background includes experience as an Academic Success Specialist at ASU’s Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering and as an Academic & Life Skills Coordinator with the University of California, Irvine’s Intercollegiate Athletics department.
