Biography

Justin M. Stritch is a public administration researcher interested in the management and performance of public and nonprofit organizations. His research has considered the pursuit of social equity and environmental sustainability goals in public organizations, public service and prosocial motivations, and employee well-being, trust, and perceptions of fairness. He utilizes a range of methodological of approaches, including experiments and surveys and primary data collection. His research has been published in top journals, including The Journal of Public Administration Research and Theory, Public Administration Review, International Public Management Journal, and Public Administration. He maintains research affiliations with the Center for Organization Research and Design (CORD) and The Sustainable Purchasing Research Initiative (SPRI).
