Scheduling a Defense in the School of Sustainability

Step 1: Please confirm that the proposed day and time works for all faculty that need to be present at the defense or presentation.
Some programs have specific guidelines about faculty committee participation in a student’s defense or presentation (including remote vs. in person participation).

Step 2: Request a room reservation for your defense or presentation by completing the following form.
This form is only for graduate students in the School of Sustainability arranging their defense or presentation and undergraduate students enrolled in SOS 493: Honors Thesis.
