Prospective Undergraduate Students

Sun Devil Day (for prospective ASU students)

If you are a prospective ASU student, we encourage you to attend a Sun Devil Day to learn more about ASU and our programs. To attend a session on Sustainability programs, you will need to sign up for this event on the Tempe Campus. For more information, please click here.

Student Advising Workshop (for prospective sustainability students)

You can also attend an advising workshop intended for students who are considering or planning to apply to the School of Sustainability's undergraduate programs. Please call the Academic Advising Center at (480) 727-6963 for more information.

Changing Majors (for current ASU students)

If you are currently an ASU student and considering switching majors to Sustainability, you can schedule an appointment with our academic advisor by calling the Academic Advising Center at (480) 727-6963. Please have your 10 digit ASU ID number available.

Prospective Graduate Students

Information Sessions

Prospective Student Information Sessions are hosted by the Graduate Academic Specialist and will include:

  • A brief presentation on the M.A., M.S., and Ph.D. programs
  • A brief overview of the SOS Web site and how to find ASU-specific Web sites of interest
  • A question and answer session in prospective students can ask questions about the School, graduate programs, and the application process

A reservation is required to attend an information session, so please call (480) 727-6963 or send an email to schoolofsustainability@asu.edu for more information about upcoming sessions. You will be asked to provide your name, email address, and telephone number to secure a reservation. Information sessions are held in the Global Institute of Sustainability (GIOS) building, room 102, which is on the first floor in the Academic Advising Center.
