Mady Tyson is a graduate student in Sustainability at Arizona State University. She is studying how information is used and governed as a resource commons, and how this affects our ability to cooperate inter-disciplinarily and make more sustainable decisions. She is specifically studying information in energy innovation networks. Whenever she gets free time, she also tries to play capoeira, experiment with algae, learn new languages and go on as many adventures as possible.
Established in 2007, the School of Sustainability brings together multiple disciplines and leaders to create and share knowledge, train a new generation of scholars and practitioners, and develop practical solutions to the most pressing environmental, economic, and social challenges of sustainability - especially as they relate to urban areas.
