Do you want to improve your green office mojo? Are you unsure of what can be recycled and what is trash? Worry no more! Green office guru Jehnifer Niklas and recycling maven Alana Levine will guide you in getting a grip on sustainable office practices from purchasing the greenest products through prudent energy use and responsible waste disposal.
Jehnifer Niklas is Program Coordinator, University Sustainability Practices, Global Institute of Sustainability. She works with and certifies green offices all over ASU and helps run a community garden on the Polytechnic campus.
Alana Levine is Recycling Program Manager at ASU. She was previously Programs Director at NAMI Arizona and was Recycling, Solid Waste, and Moving Supervisor at Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Established in 2007, the School of Sustainability brings together multiple disciplines and leaders to create and share knowledge, train a new generation of scholars and practitioners, and develop practical solutions to the most pressing environmental, economic, and social challenges of sustainability - especially as they relate to urban areas.
