Degree Program:

MS in Sustainability

Other Degrees:

BS in Biology, Arizona State University, 2005

Research Interests:

I am a masters student working in LEML with Dr. Jingle Wu. My research explores the social, ecological and economical consequences of large scale and global biofuel production. I am interested in identifying the most rewarding biofuel feedstocks and fuel types as well as the major issues involving biofuel production. I take a wells to wheels approach by including issues associated with land and energy costs/balances. I also aim to identify ways in which biofuels may play an active role in Sustainable Development and the world's energy future.

Personal Interests:

I have a number of interests outside of Sustainability at ASU. I used to train and perform as a light lyrical opera singer and won a number of awards in the US and Europe. I also enjoy and have taken courses in the culinary arts and dance.
